Surprisingly sweet and syrupy
The dose is a lot more than you would think. 7 sprays a day and each spray is quite a bit. It's a very sweet, almost candy like flavor. A bit too much for me personally, but it does remind me of some of those spray candies they used to make when I was a kid. Kind of sticks in your throat a little bit, but that might be intended. Not sure I'd order it again, the vitamins in it are pretty low dose compared to other brands or products.
