Beautiful 75mm Elevates Setup and Images
As they say, the lens plays a bigger role than the sensor when it comes to image quality. I really want a small setup for street but almost all fast compact cameras out there have fixed focal lengths around 30mm. I have Olympus Pen F but find the camera a bit heavy as a carry all, so I picked up a used EPL-7. I was skeptical about going with a lower res camera but, adding this 75mm (150mm equivalet) lens has really elevated the setup. The images are sharp, the focus is fast, and best of all I really enjoy this as compact as possible tele setup. It’s simply a beautiful combo. I may looking into more pro level lenses although many on-pro lenses from Olympus are also of very high quality.
