The product quality and price was excellent! Atomic Filters gave me a refund for $20 because my purchase was left by the mail box at the street instead at my front door! The shipper made the mistake not Atomic Filters! My neighbor may have left the filter at my mail box when it was delivered to the wrong address! I highly recommend Atomic Filters!

The product shipped was what I wanted ... however the box it shipped in was damaged and some of the fins on the filter were torn as a result. Ut us still usable, but I would have preferred receiving a filter that was fully intact with no torn fins.

The product is fine, but I found it rather expensive.

It's hard to give a furnace filter 5 stars. I have no idea if it really works as well as it's the manufacturer says it does. My house gets as dusty as it did before I put in the Carrier Infinity air filtration system. That said, before I got it I was changing my furnace filter every 3 months, each costing about $15. That comes out to $60 a year. This filter costs about $20 more per year but it only needs changing once a year. Tip: Put a piece of masking tape on the outside of the filtration unit and write the date you changed the filter. Oh, and another thing, my Carrier furnace turns on once a day around 1 PM and cranks the fan up to maximum for about 10 seconds to test the air flow. When I noticed this happening I called the company that sold and installed it. They had no idea what was going on until they called Carrier. My Carrier thermostat on occasion displays a message that it's time to change the filter but it's not based the airflow test, it's based time (WTF). One other thing, Carrier does not have tech support for consumers. That's too bad.

UPDATE: This is the second (or perhaps third?) time I’ve ordered this filter and its still a good choice. However, that is mainly because it is the only choice for my furnace since this is a specialty type and size of filter and I’ve never seen one in a store. Regardless, the price is good and the shipping is fast. My smarty thermostat has an indicator for when. It should be replaced, but I’m finding that it should be replaced well before the system “says” you should replace it. I’m finding that if it says you should replace it about once a year, it’s probably a good idea to do it every 6 months in most cases, and every 4 months if you have lots of animals and such.Good purchase, definitely does its job and does it well.Original post: Fit my furnace perfectly and as far as I can tell iscleaning the air I’m my house well.

Too expensive compared to other brands, should be able to buy more than 1 at a time and save. My furnace circulates air all year and buying them for summer doesn't make much sense. We purchased 3 or 4 "compatible" filters that where obviously not as good but would suffice during the summer, but they would never fit in the furnace.These are the only filters that fit, and they work very well, but again - hard to buy one at a time for that price.Thanks for providing an excellent product.
