Great flavor, kinda too high in carbs
This isn't one of the most effective protein powders - by which I mean, it has a lot of carbs for the protein it offers, and it's not easily dissolved. But it's so delicious! This is a protein powder I use a lot for baking, when I want things to taste indulgent and fruity without actually having high-sugar fruit.When I do have this in a shake, I make sure to use a blender bottle and mix REALLY WELL. (There are still often some clumps.) I also like to mix it with GNC's vanilla casein isolate because then it tastes REALLY like peaches and cream.This one has a lot of nice vitamins and micronutrients too, which makes it worth the occasional substitution for my other protein powders. Personally, it's not a daily-use powder. But a great treat.

This makes an excellent meal replacement shake
In hot weather like this there's nothing better that taking the shake mix, ice, extra fruit and blending it all together. I don't miss ice cream with this treat. Give it a try!

Great product but unacceptable vendor.
I love the Spirtutein shake but this is my second shipment. The first came damaged and was spilling the content which I lifted it out of the box. Requested a second box. It came dented at the bottom but not leaking. However, when I began to open it I noticed it had already been opened and had no sealing tape around it! Really? You would send out a used container of Spirutein?

Not My Fave
Maybe I'm just set in my ways, as I've bought the Vanilla flavour for decades, but this was far too sweet and "perfumey" for me to enjoy. I basically added twice as much soy milk, and ramped up the ice, in order for me to drink it. But, that's me. Most people rave about it, so, give it a shot. I won't fight you for the last, or 1000 to last can!

The taste has changed. It will take some getter used to but it is a good product.

Most delicious protien shake.
Spiru-tein is the most delicious protein shake there is! It's nice and thick and mixes well with berries and milk. I love peach the best!
