It gives you options to attach your camera almost anywhere you could want it, so with a single purchase you're able to dramatically expand your photographic or videographic possibilities. I'm also impressed by the quality of the materials. Everything seems to be well-made and durable. Perhaps even more importantly, they're comfortable to wear, and the fittings to which you attach your camera are strong and sturdy so you don't need to worry about accidents. I'm quite happy to recommend this set.

I use them primarily with my Insta360 One X2, but they're versatile enough that you can use them with almost any small camera. And versatility is the key advantage of this set.
