Best Leash I’ve ever owned
I love this leash, so versatile and just the right amount of flex

Absolute must buy for a dog owner!
Can’t believe this lead!My 32 kg golden retriever pulls so much, it’s really the only thing I’m feel I have totally failed at with him. On the lead my arm is outstretched and he pulls me everywhere. I live by the beach and I suppose, lazy of me, I just let him off the lead for his walks and clip him back on at the end and he drags me home! This lead is a game changer! Tried it first time today and it’s instantly corrected his pull. For the first time ever I did a full walk on lead and there was zero pulling. I’m so pleased! We did a few miles! We looked so civilised walking the roads. It’s an amazing piece of kit. This is simply a must have.Under a tenner at the mo ! Had to share, hope it helps someone as much as me😍

Really nice. Solid
Disclaimer: I generally don't know what I'm doing. Honestly, I really don't. This is our first dog and I'm almost as clueless as when our first child arrived. If you are in the same situation, hopefully this helps you and sets your mind at ease.Packaging and Postage: The packaging and postage was with Prime, so nothing really more to mention - fast as always and well wrapped and protected. In terms of the actual lead, the packaging is the commercial cover, which unfolds to give a neat little synopsis of the lead, its advantages and uses. More on that later...First Impressions: Really nice. Solid, thick and comfortable. The stitching is strong, the leash is fairly soft and the D rings are secure. Put simply, this is a quality product, not some cheap natty nylon cord.Design: So as I said, the cover goes through the different uses, and shows 8 layouts/methods of using the lead - from doubled, to two dogs, to round your waist for running. We have used it on precisely *ahem* 1 setting, as a lead. Don't get me wrong, for other training - Im sure its great - but for what I want to do (walk my dog - simple as that) that's all we need. Also, since getting it, you pay more attention to what people use. It is used a lot - on a wide range of Dogs. Take that as you want, but a lead isn't something you generally buy to fit in - you buy what is best for you.Use: Its a lead - there isn't that much to say. However, in the interests of covering everything - there are two clips. Both are strong and easy to clip on and off. You can make a handle with the clip at one end (as per the picture). It *is* soft for a lead.Longevity: We have a smallish Labrador pup, that is getting bigger by the day. As of yet, she isn't pulling me over...but the lead has had a fair few...stress tests. It has also been thoroughly soaked, chewed a bit and generally used as you would expect. No stitching has come undone, in fact no marks or signs of wear at all - and that's after about 6 weeks. It won't last forever, but I go back to my initial assessment. This is a quality lead.Overall: Offers lots of options (if that's your thing), easy to use and will last. And its cheap!

Brilliant for increased control and flexibility
This lead is great! We've only recently started using a halti with our 1 year old golden retriever and our existing lead's clasp was too heavy, pulling on the halti and making him resist more. We'd get moments where he'd sit down and refuse to budge. Pulling him forwards wearing a halti felt cruel and risked it slipping off. With this lead the varied clasp size means the smaller one can be clipped to the halti and doesn't pull down. Clipping the other clasp to his collar gets round the pulling him forwards issue. He's much happier trotting along beside us and we feel like we have the control that we were planning before. As a normal lead without the halti is also great. It gives brilliant flexibility as you've got a choice of several lengths. It's comfortable to use, being slightly padded. It's also nice and light despite being the wider version. We're big fans! And considering it's no more expensive (and in many cases cheaper) than a standard lead, it's a bit of a no brainer.

Excellent versatile dog lead
This is our second Halti lead. The first one is still going strong after 10+ years but got this one to use with a friends dog we walk who pulls like crazy. The lead is made from strong fabric and has robust stitching. The 2 sturdy end clips and metal loops are made from stainless steel which resist rusting. The lead is so versatile. You can clip the two ends together to make a 1m lead. This configuration is great with dogs that pull - just loop the lead over the dogs head so that the two straps rest on the dogs shoulders and hey presto, much less pulling! Having a clip at each end and metal loops on the lead allows you easily attached it posts etc. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Not suitable for dogs with teeth!
I must start by saying that I was over the moon when it first arrived. It really looked and felt the part. Two days later, it was a different story. There were bite marks all over it. My does like to hold his lead when we first get out the door, and as he walks perfectly well while he's doing so, I have no problem with it. He's young, he has sharp teeth, but the bite marks look as though he's actually been trying to eat it.His normal lead, which is just a shorter, soft rope style, doesn't have a mark on it.Then there's the practicality of it. After a while, you just start thinking, what does it actually do? Even with the Halti harness and/or Halti head collar, it feels like nothing more than a long, cumbersome lead. The head collar works well, but doesn't really need the extra length of this lead, and the harness is great if you want to make it easier for your dog to pull you along. Used with a shorter lead, both work considerably better.
