I take certain medications, for various ills. I won't bore you with the details, just know that sometimes, at night my mouth is as dry as the Sahara.This is my 2nd purchase of this product.Because it works.The flavour which is a citrus mint mix, took a little getting used to, but it's not unpleasant.I now really like it.The tablets/lozenges are individually wrapped for freshness and convenience, say you want to take a few out during the day for example.There's a whole lot of them in the box, so it lasts a few months each box for me personally, which then off sets the price to make it worth it.However, if you don't already know, having a dry mouth persistently, regardless of the cause, can and does cause gum recession. Which in turn can lead to gingivitis (game disease) tooth sensitivity and tooth loss!So I see these as an investment in my smile.I would highly recommend.I will be purchasing regularly in the future.

I take one or two of these as I settle down to sleep because my throat always feels dry when lying down. Also sometimes in the night if I wake and have a dry throat.The fact that they don't damage teeth is important as I won't be cleaning my teeth again for a long time! This makes them a much better bet than many throat lozenges. Also, they soften and dissolve, so little chance of choking - unlike with the 'hard boiled sweet' type lozenge.However, I THINK THE PICTURE IS MISLEADING AND SHOULD BE CHANGED. This particular page shows two boxes of lozenges and doesn't say anywhere how many you get. Except it says '100 tablets' a couple of times. These are expensive, so the idea of getting two boxes for the price seems reasonable. BUT YOU ONLY GET ONE BOX. People need to realise that when buying.

These little lozenges are a really pleasant flavour and dissolve easily which is great for me as I can periodically get a very dry mouth at night in bed so keep them on my bedside cabinet. Perfect. They have really helped when just drinking water is having no effect and also causes more visits to the loo :(Good value for 100 pieces. Good product. Will replenish come the time.

These work very well to stimulate saliva production, though only for the duration of the sweet, or not long after. The flavour is a bit odd but not offensive. They do however make my tongue and gums tingle, not a particularly pleasant sensation... I should say that I'm maybe not reacting as others might, I have late stage Lyme disease and many of my nerves are being chewed on by Borrelia spirochaetes, so perhaps it's just me. I would buy them again but I find sugar free spearmints do the job adequately and are cheaper, not to mention tingle-free.
