Brilliant . . .
I've replaced a number of bouncing door lock actuators on my daughters' Mercedes. Each - parts only - at $500 a pop. This time It was indeed a broken spring and the spring replacement kit fixed it ! $18 verses $500 without labor. It's a no-brainer.
