I have had this for almost a year! It has been a trusty companion for picnics, outdoor sport spectating, road trips, and hiking. My three kids and I have used it so much. It's small, easy to use and put away, and useful. If I ever forget to pack it, I regret it!!!

Very compact and nice

This beach blanket was the perfect size for 2. Light weight, yes. Sand proof? The top portion, sand can be easily removed. But it took me a while to remove the sand that stuck to the bottom portion. At first I thought maybe the sand was wet so it stuck to the blanket but after laying it out on the ground upside down to dry, the sand was still hard to remove. I used a brush which removed some. Then I tried the swiffer which did the job! If it was not for this reason, I would have given it a 5. But at least now I know to use the swiffer to remove sand after use & before washing. You do not want to have sand in your washing machine!

Love it, really nice, lightweight and saves room in my beach bag

I was looking for a smaller tarp that i could use only for quick picnics and naps. This suits my needs perfectly and i like the tone of the blue on mine. Affordable enough to be replaced at any time, but great quality material that will last if you take care of it. I have another tarp from Wise Owl but it's for a tent, so it's bigger and the material isnt as soft as this one. I Recommend this for Ultralight backpacking needs :) .
