It definitely helps with heat and humidity. It is quite loud - I feel like a cyborg when I wear it and it! It doesn't really hit my face but has definitely helped at the gym with has no air conditioning and is a loud enough environment that the noise is not really noticed. Looks lovely, and I would recommend for home and gym usage. Easy to charge and has lasted hours.

It’s a simple idea, so simple in fact that nobody appears to have thought of it before.Solidly made yet incredibly light and whisper quiet in operation, it is wonderful. Being rechargeable of course, the need for buying an endless supply of batteries disappears. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone considering buying one. It looks great, it works well and makes those oppressive hot summer days a thing of the past.I need to also mention the ridiculously fast delivery. I ordered mine at approximately 1pm and it was delivered at just before 4pm on THE SAME DAY 😳 Incredible!All in all, this was a 100% perfect transaction.

I purchased this as a present, as in a little something extra and quite unexpected. Had this been Christmas, then I would have called it a stocking-filler. The day of the birthday was a recent Sunday, upon which the birthday lady and her family were planning a BBQ, and as it happens, it was a very hot Sunday, with the UK weather continuing to behave in exceptional ways.Later in the day, I soon received images of the personal fan being used to great effect, this was followed by more pictures of everyone using it, in fact I believe they were queueing up to all have a turn.Clearly well received and enjoyed by all. A useful device that will I’m sure last beyond the ‘novelty period’. The item seems to be well enough made, considering its purpose, and the charge thus far, has lasted well powering the multiple uses. I found the fan when set to maximum speed, to be crazy powerful an unlikely setting for sustained use.Overall, I would recommend, as a rechargeable, portable, easy to use and very effective fan.I have been somewhat puzzled by the price changes. Seems I purchased just before the current rise. I thought paying £23.79 was about right.It arrived very promptly, which was excellent.

I had high expectations for this new design of neck fan, especially as there are vents for it to cool the back of your neck, however, this was short lived.There isn’t much airflow that comes through the back vents at all.On first speed, you can barely feel the air coming out of it.It’s quite noisy on full speed.If you’re a bigger person with a thicker neck, like I am, the fan is really snug against your neck, compared to others and you cannot alter it like some. It’s totally rigid.When i took it off, my neck however was cold but I don’t think I could drive with this on cause of how snug it sits.Overall, for the money, I thought it would have been better. There are better ones on here that offer a better fit, longer battery life, and more speeds for a similar price.

Very useful cooling device. Runs for a long time between charges, is light and comfortable and only noisy when used at full jet fighter speed.

I was sceptical about how useful this fan would be, but I wanted as many options as possible for keeping cool during the recent record temperatures in the UK and this was cheap enough to take a chance on.It proved to be a worthwhile gamble as the airflow onto my face and neck was enough to make a difference even on the lowest of the three settings. The low-key, headphone-like appearance means it can even be worn out and about.The battery lasts literally for hours on all but the highest setting and it's comfortable to wear for that length of time. The vents at the rear also offer airflow on the back of the neck, extra cooling that's missing from many neck fans.The only minor disadvantages are the ambient noise during use, which can be quite loud, a lack of overcharge protection and occasionally a stiff neck if one forgets to take off the fan when it's cooler again. Definitely a good buy if the above issues don't bother you, though.
