Everything arrived as described. Some stickers in the pic are missing because I used them. Everything came sealed and unused. Oh and the stickers have adhesive on one side vs the water transfer ones. Just like I wanted. The brushes are not too stiff. The tape sticks. The dotting tools are great. I love it all and included some looks I made with these tools!
