exactly what i needed. very heavy duty. i bought this as a warehouse deal and it seemed brand new. the 2 included racks work well and are sturdy. this is the perfect size for a chicken or small roast.

This is a very nice pan. My husband used it on the pellet grill to smoke meat. I was surprised at how well it cleaned up. Even the rack cleaned up nicely. It's not a large pan but it's sturdy, without being heavy. We would buy again

Bought this and cooked my very first thanksgiving turkey in it last thanksgiving. It turned out so perfect. It was 13 lbs, there was room under the bird to put veggies and seasonings. I was able to stuff the bird and put things on top as well. Very easy to clean and store. I will be using this again next year.

Using the V rack for your roasts, dries the meat out. I believe it's because the meat sits so high above the pan. Very disappointed as my dinner was ruined.

I ordered this for my daughter in law, and she loves it. She will be making her first Turkey and well she needed a pan, and she is excited to use it. super nice, good size and very sturdy.
