I worked out and diet pretty good. This supplement didn’t really do much for me as in weight loss. It did help kept me up and alerted though.

It came in great time. I usually take naturewise brand 5htp and that works great for me. I ve been taking this one for 2 days twice a day like I do for my 5htp but since taking this additional supplement I’ve been feeling nauseous. It may be that it’s too much on top of what I already take. But I figured it’s worth putting out there

I purchased this back in October and took it for a few weeks then the holidays came around. I knew my New Years resolution was going to be starting back up in my diet. My goal is to weigh 140 by 40. I have until July to meet my goal. Since January 1st I have lost 14.5 lbs. I try to walk for an hour at least 3X a week and I watch my calorie intake. I strongly believe this product is helping with my weight loss. I feel lighter, more alert and not as bloated as I did taking a protein shake. I have also tried other NatureWise weight loss products and by far I think the Forskolin works the best. Give it a few weeks to see some results.

I have a hard time swallowing pills, hence the lower rating on the easy to swallow. Have been happy with this product. Having recently gone through chemo, my energy levels have been very low, so I have appreciated the boost to my metabolism. Have begun to lose some weight, so that is a huge plus. Will definitely buy this product again.

Good product but nothing spectacular

This is the first product I've ever used for weight loss where from day one it completely took away my need to eat sweets. And I am a junk food junkie! I was eating ice cream, cookies and m&m's every night. The very first night I didn't want any of that! I will definitely keep taking this product!

After trying several Forskolin brands that did nothing for me, I ordered Naturewise Forskolin 1000 Boost. I knew the 1st week it was working. I didn’t want to snack in between meals as I normally would. I lost 6 pounds the 1st two weeks. Just because it cost more doesn’t mean it’s better. Forskolin 1000 Boost didn’t have any side effects. It helps divert your focus on snacking and curbs the appetite. I love it.

It took me a few days to realize that this product has actually caused diarrhea and an upset stomach. I had to look up the side effects and saw that this was a side effect, I was wondering what was wrong with my stomach. UGH. Will have to stop taking it!
