Is this resistant to brake clean?

do not know. however sprayer top broke easily.

Is chemical resistant sprayer resistant to acetone?

I doubt it. Acetone will attack almost every plastic.

Can kerosene be used?

Never got mine to spray, and was too late to return it. It would be OK with kerosene if the spray would work.

Can this be used with fertilizer?

Probably : I use it with muriatic acid in which it failed to hold up..... I wouldn't leave fertilizer in the bottle without cleaner sprayer ... fertilizer will dry leaving crystals to block sprayer
