Overall a good product

Used it for 4 years. So durable it is.The length control heads are of no good use. It's best for clean shave.With those heads it doesn't work properly, need to swipe each area 10 times.Nose trimmer is good.Lately the battery drains quickly. Always needs a recharge in between to complete the job. That's inconvenient.Does not work when plugged in.Packaging is not sturdy. I had to use tape at multiple places to keep intact in the box for years.Price is Ok. Features are Overrated.But still, I used it for 4 years. Now will move on to a professional one.

Llevo tiempo con ella y no estoy contento, le falta potencia, se calienta mucho en poco tiempo, uno de los peines se rompió en el uso, la batería dura muy poco... No la recomiendo.

The trimmer, nose and other attachments work great. Little weird that the various clips fit differently, but you get used to it. The various clip sized give we awesome choice for length of my goatee. I've never tried trimming my hair yet.The charger looks and feels very flimsy and it sucks that its a pin-type. If I ever lose the charger, I wonder if I'll ever get a replacement. They could have thought of USB.I've used this for 3 months now. I shave twice a week. 3-4 times it died on me while I was shaving and it takes 15-20 minutes of charge before I can use it again. That sucks !If I were to buy again, I'd rather get one with replaceable batteries.

Its a good product which does the job but a few things which you dont know before buying are1. The longest hair cutting clip size of 21 mm is still a bit too short for hair cutting.2. The power of the machine makes cutting hair still not a very good experience. You might have to cut very long hair a little without any clips on the trimmer using a comb or some other method, and then shape them with the clipper.3. Machine power should've been more.4. Charging does take a long time (5-6 hours) but it's a trimmer so charging and keeping it is not a problem.5. No indication for when the trimmer is charged (it shows a green light when it is connected but doesn't show when it is fully charged)6. Machine does not switch on when plugged in at all.In the end, this might probably be the best trimmer for this purpose, but I don't know how powerful the motors of Phillips are to tell for sure. It's a satisfactory product which coulve been better.
