What are the inlet/outlet pipe dimensions of this one?

If its the same one that I purchased, which it looks like it is, it has inlet/outlet of 2-1/2". There should be dimension info somewhere for you to confirm as you scroll down the product information. I hope this helps!

Is this sale for a single or dual resonators

I dont remember the ad exactly but I did purchase two resonators for my application.

Does this resonator reduce the loudness? by how much?

It does, but more importantly it reduces rasp and makes the overall tone deeper, and deeper tones are don't seem as loud as higher pitched ones. How much all depends on the engine and how the exhaust is set up.
