Great size - thick tray longer baking times a
***updated: will not bake anything under 375° I have had them for a few months now I'm slightly disappointed.Love these half sheets. They are perfect for my small orders and small cookies. However they are on the thick side and baking takes longer.

Great Utility
I bought these 9x13 pans 2 years ago as BBQ platters for cookouts. I was inspired by my favorite BBQ joints using the same concept for serving 'plates'. I made the mistake of placing them in the dishwasher. The lustrous shine was sacrificed, now stands a dull rustic look. No biggie. I use them now daily as kitchen prep pans; for diced veg, salting meat, etc. They're the perfect size for mise en place. So I keep 6 pans in a ready position to grab during my daily prep.I would absolutely purchase another set, if I feel like acquiring a new shiny stack for future cookouts. They're great little pans, and I highly recommend them. Just avoid the dishwasher to maintain the original luster.

Fantastic Pans!
These Gridmann 3/4 sheet pans are made of 18 gauge aluminum and have a wire reinforced rolled edge. The pans are very sturdy and will just fit in most residential ovens. They are very easy to clean and the aluminum makes for very even heating. This aluminum bun pan is all that I use for baking cookies and breads. They are wonderful! This order was from Mix Wholesale and they were very courteous and helpful in fulfilling this order! I will definitely order these Gridmann pans from Mix Wholesale again! I would rate both these pans and the seller 10 out of 10 stars! Perfection!

Just what I needed
Sturdy pans. They fit my oven nicely. I am able to bake more at once now with this size pan. A full size sheet pan did not fit in my oven and a half sheet pan was not letting me bake enough product at once. I am glad there is a middle size!

Definitely the half-sheets to buy!
When I opened the box of half-sheets from Gridmann, I was stunned to see the extraordinary effort the company took to protect the top of each half-sheet in cling wrap and then, additionally, to wrap each half-sheet in a baggie! They are in perfect shape...and the half-sheets themselves are extremely high quality. Plus the price is great. I would definitely urge bakers to buy this brand of half-sheets!
