Indian mixed spice for cooking
Nice mixed spice for bread pudding and you can use it the same way that I do in chinese cooking just like all the other spice 5 to 6 spices. It's great in all cooking recapies. This is one or if not the best mix spice on the market. I stumbled on this by chance and very pleased I did.
