It’s fairly priced for authentic Respironics equipment, and it’s quick and convenient to purchase CPAP supplies from Amazon.

I tried different brands of headgear and their face / nose attachments…. As well as the different sizes of full coverage, and nasal only styles, except for the gel pillows (due to their price). These silicon pillows fit me best. You’re going to have to experiment for what works best for you.

I was using the medium size nose cushion and it didn't fit well. I saw this option and decided to try it since I have a wide nose and it is a perfect fit. I highly recommend this to anyone struggling to find the right fit for a wide nose.

Dear Amazon. You have a problem with spraying everything with some chemical smelling like detergent or fabric softener. This is a medical apparatus for a CPAP machine which I had planned to place under my nose and sleep with! Your strong chemica permeated even the sealed plastic bag that this came in. I really shouldn't be inhaling that chemical all night and now, after three attempts to clean this item, the odor still isn't gone!

It was time to get a new one and I want to test out these and so far it works great.

Bought multiple times

Latex makes me break out in a rash. The description states that this product is silicone which is supposed to be latex free but this product made my nose break out in a bad rash. The rash is the same kind I get when my skin is exposed to latex. I don’t recommend using this product if you have a reaction to latex.

Don’t pay the extra for get it today. You won’t, after I go to bed doesn’t count with cpap products. The description says “silicone pillow, medium-wide cushion”. The picture is a medium-wide cushion, but they send you a medium pillow. The difference being one hole and cushion for each nostril or a wrap around single holed cushion that covers both nostrils. Very misleading advertising.
