Bench arrived well packaged and without damage. Instruction manual is easy to read and understand. Just follow the directions and unfold bench. Next attach dragon handles and put the foam on the shin bars. All parts on this bench are alligned very well. Padding is comfortable. I have not found any manufacturing defects. Bench works as intended, and is stable. Bench lays completely flat. So far I have flat benched 155 pounds and the bench was rock solid. I am very happy with this bench. I will do an Update to this review when I get more time on this bench, to see how well it holds up.

Just like at the gym!!! Seriously. Buy it. What a fantastic bang for your buck.I have bought, sold, and used many benches in my lifetime - this one is just as good as what you will find at your local gym. It is well worth the $25-50 extra you will spend compared to one of the 600 lb lightweight benches. While you cannot bolt this one to the floor, I am able to chest press 90 lb barbells (180 lb total) in recline (-45*), incline (+45*), and standard position (+/- 0*) without any wobble or concern. IMHO, unless you are a world class body builder or an unhealthy body weight (e.g., 400 lb+) this bench is perfect for you.If only it came with a towel because that is what you will be needing the most once you've picked this up!Disclaimer: Not manufactured in the U.S.A.

Love this bench! Easy assembly - really nothing to do as it comes 99.9% assembled already. Good size, sturdy and seating and back are both wide and comfortable. I feel very safe lifting heavy weights on this. Love that it has wheels and a handle so it’s portable and easy to move around. Came fairly quickly. Great buy for the home, especially during this pandemic! Happy there isn’t any tacky branding on this bench. Also, am happy with all the positions and the ease of changing positions...I feel like the bench is very secure. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

EDIT: I have reported this seller to Amazon as they have tried multiple times to pay me to remove my review. As such I have lowered my rating from 3 stars to one.I don't want to be too harsh on it, but it's what you would expect for the price. It's definitely not rock steady stable. It is convenient and compact though. It folds down small enough to fit underneath my flat bench, which is nice. Just make sure you are balanced when you start loading up weight on this thing because it will rock.

All in all this is a great purchase so far. The bench is easy to assemble and adjusts to all kinds of angles. It is comfortable to use and seems well constructed. For the price, it is very hard to beat this product. My only complaint is that I wish the two base legs were wider. I knew the base supports weren't wide from the product's description on line (it was not a surprise). While the bench is sturdy over all and I haven't even come close to tipping/rocking the bench, I have concerns with doing motions which have a lot of lateral motions. Those concerns account for probably 5% of the total number of exercises this bench could be used for so it has almost no impact on the effective use of this product. Would recommend this for anybody's home gym (especially when on a budget).

As a reference (less than 10yrs ago I was a gym rat able to benchpress 330# so I know a bit about working out).I was looking for a bench that I could use at home and after using this one for a few days I have to say that I'm completely satisfied. So far (only a week) it's very stable (no movements), light and easy to move, easy to set up (open box, remove one pin, screw the two handles (optional), and start working out. No, I will not attempt to bench 300lbs on it (regardless of their claim that it holds 800#) but otherwise great. Flat, incline, decline, leg hold, everything works as expected. Great value for the money, and for small spaces.

I just got this 1 hour ago and had to write a review. My gym is making everyone wear masks for covid and so I cancelled my membership and bought this bench and some other things to work out at home instead. Within 10 minutes I was doing inverted situps, side situps, froggies, lower ab excercises backwards hanging onto the top bars and step ups and one leg sitting lunges (that I was previously doing in my wobbly computer chair) and regular one leg lunges. I dont think I need the gym anymore, this is excellent. When buying a bench for my husband and I they never had all the features that we wanted together, but this one does. Easy for a woman to use and I am so happy I made this purchase.

This is a great bench for serious weightlifting. I have tried other benches on Amazon, including a Golds gym bench, and this is by far the best. The Golds gym bench broke in half because it was held together by a single weld. This bench is VERY sturdy and well built. It is standard height and works well for all kinds of bench press variations. It feels extremely strong and well made. The adjustments are a bit slow, but it's worth it to have the sturdiness.I highly recommend the bench.
