Soy deportista y me gusta usar este tipo de cremas calientes antes de cada entrenamiento, esta crema la recibí hoy unos minutos antes de entrenar , decidí usarla de una vez y simplemente me gusto la textura de la crema. Que humecta , El tamaño del fresco. Ya que la mayoría de hot creams vienen con pocas onzas, se siente el calorcito y estoy esperando que si funcione para reducir la celulitis que tengo después de mi embarazo 😄. Never used this product because the jar arrived open. I did test it on my inner arm to see if I wanted an exchange and it literally burned me!

I got the one with the black lid, it was sealed outside but when I opened the inside seal was broken. It's great that smells like an aveno cream but what I really dislike is the oily feeling in my hands even after washing them twice.
