Doesn't matter the kind of fish, Allegro Tennessee Whiskey is absolutely perfect. I've tried hundreds and made my own, but this is hands-down the best ever!

I have used Allegro for years now and this stuff is awesome! I used the traditional stuff and saw the TN whisky version at the grocery store and thought what the heck, I'll try it. It tastes amazing on a steak! I haven't tried it on anything else yet, but I plan on trying it on some chicken soon. I ordered 4 bottles to make sure I had a supply in case they decide to quit making the stuff, but I hope they don't!Do yourself a favor and try it.

I have recently gone vegetarian and as much as I love my veggies, I was missing the sort of savory flavor of meat. This marinade is wonderful on almost any vegetable - broccoli, brussels sprouts, squash. It enhances the flavor of the veg and adds a nice savory note. I rarely use it to marinate - use it just as topping.

This is one of my favorite marinades. I am glad to have found it here since it is so difficult to find locally.

Used this for jerky. Very good taste! Definitely not real teriyaki. It's a sweet and salty garlic flavor. Not sure I'd use it for regular cooking (not drying).
