I’ve only recently bought this pad but wish I had done so ages ago. I have a herniated disc which flares up from time to time and the pain is unbearable. It’s near my shoulder so most heat pads are too low to be any use. I have been using a wheat bag but it’s not very flat and needs reheating often. This pad is just the right size for me and covers the area I need it to. I did have to use an extension cable with it but it wasn’t really a problem. The three heat settings work really well and it heats up quickly. It cuts off every couple of hours but switches straight back on. A great find!

A heat pad that isn't floppy! I'm a veteran of heat pads, have been using them for 20 years or so for back pain and just for extra warmth when needed. I have been through a few as they eventually conk out and I keep one in my bed and one downstairs. Recently I have been unable to find one that is not so floppy that it creases and folds in on itself all the time. I took a chance on this one and AT LAST a decent thickness/firmness of pad that behaves itself. So thank you Krusty Enterprises - I am so glad to have discovered your heat pads! Just so you know - I never leave reviews normally, once in a blue moon, but I felt inspired to say how happy your heat pad has made me!

Good product but the Instruction Manual has no instructions. Keep the box for the information on product. For instance - what does it mean 'automatic switch-off'?

It's so stiff.. I'm desperate to find relief on my neck but it's impossible perhaps if people had flat necks! you just can't manipulate it enough for feel much of any benefit it looks bigger in the picture.. not ideal for the use on necks. And it's not particularly hot either

This is the second one bought! First one for use under feet while sat at desk. Second for a relative with back issues. Firm enough not to scrunch up but flexible to drape round shoulders etc. Not washed yet but a good feature. Fair price and prompt delivery. Highly recommend.
