Standard roofing nails and standard exterior grade silicone.

Q: Can these be used on a flat roof (Liberty flat roof)? Can you use adhesive only?

These clips can be used on the roof you have described. However, due to the material of the roof, you will need to use an adhesive such as Surebond SB-190.

Q: What is the diameter of the nail hole? I need to order screws with these to attach these to my metal roof.

The diameter of the nail hole is 5mm (3/16 Inch).
