This is such an amazing product I love this company and their great ideas on how to make you more comfortable. I do hair so I'm on m feet for most of the day and I'm constantly bending over back pain for me happens almost daily. This set comes with a compression belt you can wear alone and a removable cushion that you can wear whenever you want so you have support standing and sitting. I don't usually wear the cushion becausmost of my day I'm standing and it's a little bulky to wear under clothing but it's made out of great memory foam so even if you use it for a specific chair it's super comfortable. I wish this came in different sizes or that the Velcro was longer so you could use it as a waist trainer as well. All in all a great product and I notice my back doesn't hurt as much at the end of the day if I wear this. I have received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I wanted to get the back support for husband. He does a lot of driving each day so I figure it would help his back. He really liked how to fits to his back and not the chair. So he can sit with it on any chair. The compression belt and back support comes in a nice zip up bag so you can give it as a gift to anyone you know that has back issues. It's great to give as a gift to anyone who is constantly sitting. I received this product at a lower cost for my unbiased review.
