Pruners, Ratchet Mini Loppers 2 in 1, Extendable Telescoping Hand Grips, Anvil Pruner, Garden Shears

I am a pecan author, vegetative plant propagator ,and scion wood producer. My profession requires a lot of cuts to pecan and black walnut, many up to an inch in diameter. I finally found this ratchet pruner/lopper that will conveniently and accurately make these cuts. I have tried other devices that have failed. The ratchet mechanism is sturdy and the cuts can be accomplished with relative ease. The extendable handles are very handy when additional leverage is needed. Oe of the few loppers that can be operated with one hand. This is an excellent product.

Very hard to open and once open, the handles are too far apart to grip with one hand. Maybe if you are a man with large hands they would work for you, but not for a women with average size hands. You must use both hands to grip it in either the normal position or with handles extended. Also, I found that if I were pruning a rose branch approx. 3/4 in circumference I would have to pull out the lower blade to get the ratchet to work. Altogether they are not workable for me and I must return them.

This product arrived today. It came in a clear bag with an amazon sticker on it. The factory package was in the bag as was the cutter. Opened the bag and the locking lever to hold jaws shut had been broken off, this piece was not loose in the bag. That being said amazon inspected this item as the sticker indicated, but I am unsure what exactly they inspected. SO I opened bag, the tool was wet. The box was not. This Item was clearly a return already once before. I tried it, it worked, nothing special. Felt durable otherwise. However the way I received it, is the reason I returned it. Amazon is held to a higher standard than a garage sale down the street in my eyes.On the other hand if I return it, and someone who reads this buys the cutter, they may actually receive this very unit!

There is no choice here to tell you that I HAVE NOT USED ANY OF THESE 4 ITEMS YET. Their packaging was great, their delivery amazingly slow, and for the next three items, I see their quality is great. FOR THIS PARTICULAR ITEM, I HAVE DIFFICULTY GETTING IT TO OPEN, HAND STRENGTH PROBLEM, SO MAY HAVE MORE TO SAY DOWN THE ROAD, IE, IN THE SPRING. iT IS THE ITEM I NEED MOST.

They actually worked like they said! They were so much easier to use than the regular ones. These did not hurt my hands to use.

These are a huge waste of money, they're made of cheap cast white metal, I bought them to prune my two apple trees and they didn't even make it through one of them before the cast broke and the handle fell off

Arrivé cassé certainement lors du transport. Le cliquet est en plastique malgré l'impression de robustesse du sécateur. Retour immédiat et pas repris ce modèle.

Leider schnell defekt. Ohne die Griffverlängerung hatte ich schon etwas damit gearbeitet und ich war begeistert. Die Schere macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.Heute habe ich zum ersten Mal die Griffe ausgezogen um einen etwas (ETWAS) dickeren Ast zu zerschneiden. Ergebnis siehe Bild. Sehr schade.

il cricchetto si attiva anche con poco sforzo obbligando a ripetute adduzioni della mano anche per piccoli rametti. Non lo coniglio per piccoli lavori da giardino.
