Defective after one year
Bought this lockset in 2020 and installed it for just over a year when the deadbolt became faulty and the lock actually separated from the cylinder with the key inside. I contacted Amazon customer service who would only accept the return after deducting a "restocking fee" = $40 less than I paid for the product. There was no warranty available on the product as per the customer service representative I spoke to. Left me scrambling to purchase a new lock ASAP in order to secure my door. Buyer beware purchasing products like this from Amazon - they do not stand behind the product if faulty and may leave you with little options in a pinch to keep your door secure.

Our second one and couldn't be happier
Installed one of these at our old house and loved it. Once we moved we knew we would be buying another one. The style is very modern and the quality is very good. Installed easily and looks great.
