EZ Melts Melatonin for Sleep, 5 mg, Sublingual Vitamins, Vegan, Zero Sugar, Natural Mint Flavor, 60 Fast Dissolve Tablets

Love EZ Melts brand!! For me, it works best if I get all settled into bed first. Then I take one or two and let them dissolve while I completely relax my body & mind. Without fail, I'm asleep in 15 minutes or less. It doesn't work at all (for me) if I take it in advance, like when I'm getting ready for bed. The time between taking it & getting settled in makes me lose the sleep-inducing effect of it and it's back to awaken time.

I don't know what EZ Melts is doing differently, but theirs is the most effective melatonin I've found in years. One light mint tablet, which dissolves within a couple of minutes, is all I need for a few hours' rest as opposed to what has become all-too-frequent insomnia. This is compared to up to 30mg at a time of other brands, some of which never seem to work at all, so it can't just be that they pack more melatonin than is stated on the label. Whatever the magic, it's much appreciated. Now I plan to keep an eye out for whether their P5P becomes available again, because I'd be willing to give it a try, too.

These melt easily, are soft and best of all, they don't give me acid reflux like other brands do.

The ingredient mannitol is an agent used in this product to help the product dissolve quickly - if you place this under your tongue to dissolve sublingual, your tongue could swell up. Take this with water! I placed this under my tongue and my tongue swelled up so much that it almost blocked my airway! Do NOT dissolve under the tongue!

Haven't used yet but I love this brand. Every one of the different types of melts I tried (and it's been quite a few) have been wonderful and my blood work has shown that they are very effective at doing what they claim that they can do. Hope this helps.
