JBL LIVE 300, Premium True Wireless Headphone, White (Renewed)

The sound quality is nice the noise cancellation is nice. The audio pass-through is very smooth and rich and natural-sounding. My issue is with the connection it says I can use either ear to listen to music and charge the other ear bud but whether they're in the case or not I always have a connection issue. If they're in the case they'll still be connected to my phone so make sure that you have the buds on the correct connectors. If I have them out and I'm already listening to music around the phone they take a long time to connect and sometimes disconnect instantly. This might be because mine are refurbished but I've been buying refurbished items for 15 years and have never had issues so I'm going to check out the Sony-1000m4

Seen couple reviews on Youtube before buying this especially from Flossy Carter. Mainly wanted a true wireless headphones that would work with my PC and as I looked further most true wireless earbuds don't, and on top of that my old headphones that weren't true wireless but still Bluetooth stop working so I took the chance and was surprise to see them work flawlessly with both PC and android. Bass is incredible and better than my old $35 earbuds, it's amazing how much tech can fit in these when you factor in touch features and who ever came up with concept of when you aren't using them it fits in a case and the very same case charges is amazing.

Overall I really do like the quality and performance of the headphones. If you download the JBL headphones app and use the jazz eq or adjust the eq yourself the sound is much better than when you first test the headphones. Randomly I noticed the one of the earphones would pause and make the sound as if I just placed the headphones in my ears, even though I didn’t remove it or change the position of the piece. This is due to the play & pause setting you can find in the JBL app, once I turned this off I haven’t come across any problems. Took a while to find which buds I like the best to make them more comfortable though.

The battery life is awful. I have cheaper pairs that last longer. There is no real warning before the battery runs out. There is no voice like on cheaper brands that says “low battery “. The Bluetooth is not great either. I can be holding my phone and the connection sometimes fails. I’ve never had that happen with other brands before. I’m very disappointed overall. The sound is mediocre at best. I probably could have bought any other headphones that were much cheaper. These weren’t expensive at all, but still very disappointing. Maybe it’s because they are reconditioned. I wouldn’t purchase this brand again. I hope this review is helpful.

Great product at a great price

The sound quality was very good and the ‘pass through’ feature allowing conversation without having to remove one or both buds was good. however the size dictated that they stick out horizontally, which accounts for the three star rating. Unfortunately this meant that one of them kept falling out of one ear. As a result I had to return them.

Only thing I didn't like is they don't work or work well with Teams and Zoom but the clarity and the app are great.Giving them 5 stars because I gave them to the misses.EDIT: Turns out they do work with zoom and teams. Quite well I must say. & I may or may not have temporarily reclaimed them.
