So the product Bluetooth Audio BT-W2 USB BT Transceiver is a great product. Unfortunately they probably don't sell as many of these as they could. The description for this product should mention that some computers (and phones) do not have proper support for stereo audio bluetooth connections, and this little dongle fixes that. Pairing is literally 1 tap of the device (no software required) and your desired device set to pairing mode.I bought an MSI laptop from Best Buy, brand new, but the bluetooth tranceiver was unable to sustain a stereo channel while paired to my Bose FreeSport wireless earbuds.Plugged this thing in, pressed the pairing key on the dongle, then went into pairing mode with the earbuds. A second later, I could listen to my gangster rap music. X GON GIVE IT TO YA.Worked instantly, meets description, solid construction, compact, and inexpensive. 5 stars.

connecting to the PS4 was easy. I don't know if it's a user error or not but thankfully I found the original bluetooth that came w/ my PS4 gold headset the next day.I'm sure it I got it connected it would of been just fine.

This is the 2nd pc bought, 1st piece was bought in Singapore (2017) and enjoying it. This additional purchase is a gift to a buddy who has issues with 2-3 other brands products (lower in price but.......).If you need such a device, buy this only once and continue to enjoy.peng

Ok product. If you don't have a faststream headset, or even if you do, you might be better off with Avantree Leaf. Better compatibility if you plan on using AptX-LL as well. Avantree Leaf also supports faststream.

Bought this dongle for my MDR-ZX330BT Sony headphones in a hope, it will be able to provide sound and mic option as claimed by manufacture (since headphones has SBC codec). Turns out, mic does not work. In addition, it does not allow smooth switch between devices. For example, if you pair your headphones with PS4 and laptop you will have to take dongle out and re-pair headphones to laptop each time you want to use them. Overall, too pricey for such limited functionality.Update: I got more advanced model of headphones with aptX codec and mic still does not work with this dongle. So please ignore Creative Labs statement about compatibility with PS4. It is fault advertisement. I will never buy any product from this company again.

My business laptop suffers from electrical noise, affecting both the integrated soundcard and any regular bluetooth dongles I tried. The BT-W2 does a great job for audio quality, minimal noise, quick pairing and connection. The negative is the PC treats it only as a soundcard, so you cannot use the bluetooth panel to switch between devices, pair devices with a pin, and Creative do not provide any software for this either.So it's OK if you understand the limitations, keep one device paired to it, and instead of turning off bluetooth, use sound settings to switch output or pull out the dongle.

Ich habe sehr lange versucht ein Bluetooth- Headset an meiner Nintendo Switch zu verbinden, leider nicht so einfach. Bin im Internet auf diesen Adapter gestoßen und habe ihn sofort bestellt.Mit meinen BT Headset verbunden kam ein guter Ton, jedoch kein Sprachchat. Ein anderes BT Headset auf Amazon gekauft (Anker) ebenfalls nicht funktioniert.Bei Creative direkt auf der Homepage gelesen dass das Headset sowohl APTX-LL als auch FastStream Codec benötigt. Also an den Kundendienst von Creative (Leider keine telefonische Hilfe vorhanden, nur Email) und dort angefragt welche Headsets kompatibel sind, eine Liste bekommen, eines bestellt bei Creative selbst (Soundblaster JAM) welcher beide Codecs unterstützt und siehe da:Funktioniert immernoch nicht....Leider sehr enttäuscht über das Produkt, da ich eigentlich immer zufrieden mit Creative war. Es wird etwas beworben was nicht gegeben ist und der Support war mir ebenfalls keine Hilfe.Edit: Habe erneut angefragt wieso das Soundblaster JAM nicht funktionieren sollte, da es in der Liste stand und welches Produkt denn nun mit der Switch kompatibel sei. Leider habe ich darauf bisher keine Antwort bekommen.

Easy to connect, easy to setup, works like a charm. Except once my blutooth speaker is powered off, reconnection occurs, but sound doesn't transmit. I have to re-pair the device several times a day to keep audio working. Perhaps a Windows 10 issue. Just a little annoying. But the quality beats using a cable.

It was initially a bit difficult to understand how this would work. My thought process this would leverage the same PS4 interface and my Bluetooth headset magically appears in the list - nope. I paired this with my headset on my laptop, then plugged to PS4. As the paired devices are recognized, my headset is found and paired automatically. The sound quality is decent and I didn't notice any lag. Besides I can still use the controls on my headset to adjust the volume. Works seamlessly.
