I'm 6'2 with a 36" waist and the large fit bang on, if you're happy with more of a slim fit.Washed once at 30 and line dried quickly, not sure these would withstand a decent tumbledry session without shrinking.Material feels great and warm even though its thin, and I think if you look after them they should last.
