These pills do exactly what they claim to do. I have almost finished my first 7 day cycle on them and I can both FEEL and SEE a difference. They have helped to regulate my system without keeping me running back and forth to the bathroom all day. I feel like I have more energy and less fatigue. My clothes are fitting looser. One bottle has 60 pills. You take one or two each night for up to 7 days at a time, therefore the bottle provides 4 cycles. I plan on doing 1 per month so that's 4 months! Very happy. Giving 5 stars because the pills helped me to sleep and with the bloating, otherwise i experienced lower back and abdomen pain that lasted for one hour, the first two days - no pain after the 3rd day. I took them overnight and did not "go" the next day everything was normal. I do not have bloating, or digestion issues, but the pain I do not like at all. I currently do not have any problems in those areas just after taking the pills.

HERdiet detox and cleanse is a great alternative to a harsh laxative. It may take more time but the ingredients are so much gentler. I like it because it works naturally and never sends me running for the bathroom. All the ingredients are natural and work together to create a wonderful combination that works and leaves you energized and not drained. I highly recommend it!

I really liked taking this product. It helped me with my cleanse without being too harsh and causing me to be near a bathroom all of the time. I will order this again the next time I do a detox. I did receive a product for this review but I also take these reviews seriously as I use them all the time to help me determine whether to buy a product or not. The product I will receive would have been free regardless of whether my opinion was a good or bad one. :)

I just finished my first 7 day cycle and was very pleased. Day 3 I didn't feel so bloated and had more energy. I was a little skpetical when I started but noticed within a few days a difference. I liked this because I didn't feel aconstant need to go to the bathroom, and could be at work without everbody knowing. I just started using the HERdiet pink pills and carb blocker, hoping for good results with those also. I would definately buy these again!

First day using. Took 1 this morning and 1 this afternoon. I have IBSD and this clense has NOT had me running to the restroom every 5 minutes like most clense I've tried in the past have. This detox/clense is very gentle, but does the trick! I plan to use this for 1 week and will post again.
