Once the aloe container is opened it should be kept refrigerated. The 70 % -91% isopropyl alcohol and 30% aloe vera gel sanitizer does not have to be refrigerated.

Q: Anyone have a comparison with drinking the gel version vs the liquid? Is the gel concentrated?

Yes, the oral gel is possibly as much as 8 times more concentrated and so is more economical. It mixes just fine with water if one shakes it up well. A 64-ounce flask, at 1oz./day, will last 64 days!
