OMG I have a bit of a flood in my basement (2019 Qc flooding) and this pump was exactly what I needed! At that price it's a life saver of a machine!

I used it to remove the water on my pool cover. The pump is AMAZING. Just plug a cheap hose to the pump and connect it to power. When the level of the water was very low, I left it unplugged and gravity ends up emptying the cover. Reasonable price, no need to buy a super expensive pump for this job. It will be useful as well for removing water from small kid pools.

very well designed, you hook up your garden hose and put the pump in the water,plug in and everything is done. I bought the pump to empty my hot tub and two small ponds I have at my cottage. The pump worked well. Hope it continues to do so.

Reliable pump, quick enough to drain small 5 ft deep pool. Would look for higher HP version to empty a basement after flood.

Best pump ever. Does not overheat if run dry (although still bad for it, it seems to have survived a number of times), used it in a sump that was turning on/off every 60 seconds. Empties a small garbage can worth of water up 10' of lift in 30 seconds if used with a 1 1/2" discharge. Not great flow from garden hose but acceptable.
