I bought these as gifts for my brother and nephew. They couldn't be happier!

My last pair lasted 8.5 years. The previous pair were 14” Length / Size 10. My new pair are17” Length / Size 10They arrived an hour before pulling a Boston Butt roast out of a hot Dutch Oven. I washed the gloves then reached into the hot oil soaked meat with zero discomfort. Just be aware these heat resistant gloves will not keep from getting hot over an extended period of time. This is a problem for other reviewers. They expect these to be heat proof. They are only high heat resistant. I easily lifted my 350° cast iron Dutch oven from the oven and placed it on the stove top without feeling hot.I highly recommend these gloves for BBQ, but if you plan to lift a cherry red grill grate use leather welding gloves for that.

I just bought two pairs of these gloves. One for me, one for my son. I have a very large grill built from an old 275 gallon oil barrel. I cook whole pigs and large amounts of chicken. Having a pair of gloves that cover the arms is a bonus. For years I have looked for gloves like this. Most of the guys I cook with have the rubber gloves that linemen use for high voltage. They are really nice. I had one of my cooking buddies give me a pair to use. They can be bulky, but I never feel the heat from the grill with them.I have been looking for gloves like these for some time. Have searched hundreds of sites. Of course, everyone has different preferences, so you find a varied selection, but this is the first time I find a pair that cover the arms as well. Reaching over the cooker gets extremely hot. So having this added protection will be awesome.I received these a few weeks back. Haven't used them yet, but I have been cooking on my grill for a very long time. Really looking forward to using them. I can already tell by the way they fit and the way they feel, that I think I've found something really good to use. By the reviews, that seems like the general consensus. Very stoked. Going to order two more pairs.

i bought these gloves from Artisan Griller and i am more than satisfied. These gloves do the job!I bbq a lot! all kind of stuff, but i especially like to grill those baby back ribs.Until i had these gloves, it was hard to take those ribs 3-4 times out of the grill when i didn't have gloves that could handle the heat. Now, its a whole different story. also my wife use them when taking out stuff from the oven.Cleaning them is as easy as 2 minutes under that tap with dish soap.I must also say that i encountered out of this world customer service from Artisan Griller. when i ordered the gloves, i ordered a bigger size than i needed. i had two choices: use those when they are not comfortable or return them (and pay the shipment all the way from Israel to the states (wasn't worth it). I turn to John, from Artisan Griller, to ask him what i can do. With no question, he sent me a new pair, fitting my size and told me to keep the big pair. i was with no words.Great product. Great price. Great quality.

So far these are excellent. I am replacing an old pair of cowhide welding gloves for use on my Big Green Egg grill. These are waterproof and much better for handling brisket and pulling pork than the leather alternative. Imagine brisket juices running into a leather glove after a 14 hour cook...Not fun at all - make sure you are waterproof. These do a great job of blocking heat, as I can handle the platesetter and other various hot items directly off the grill. Some heat will get through on something like a cast iron pan, but not much at all if not holding the hot item for a long time. The hand portion is textured for a better grip, and after the wrist you are protected further up the arm with additional insulation and waterproof cover. In regards to any size concerns, I wear an XL in Nitrile Latex gloves, as I have a fairly large hand - these fit perfectly and allow a great range of motion still. They would also fit fine if you wear a large glove.

Had a pair of this manufacturer's gloves that finally tore after many years. These fit a large set of hands well, are flexible enough to handle food. Great temperature control.

I bought these based on product reviews, but as good as the reviews were, these gloves are much better than expected! They allow pretty good dexterity while protecting your hands from heat and hot liquids.They are perfect for putting racks of ribs in the rib rack and removing them when done. No more wrestling with tongs. They make saucing them during smoking a breeze. It even makes cleaning the rib rack easy because I can hold the hot rack while scraping off the burned sauce and chunks. I'm positive they will work fantastically with all other smoked and BBQ'd food. I can't wait til I use them on pulled pork. When finished, I simply wash my hands with the gloves on and put them in the drain til dry. After they are dry, I put them in the handy zip bag provided until I need them again. I have used these several times, and they show no signs of wear. I believe they will last a long long time.

Bought these last year for my brother who was going to use them to make 2 large briskets in the BBQ pit. He wanted to be able to flip the meat without tearing it up or poking it with a tool. These worked out great for him. The grip was good and the heat resistance was wonderful. He has big hands with what he calls, “sausage fingers,” and the gloves fit great. Since then, I have used them for various tasks in the kitchen, such as flipping a turkey on thanksgiving and grabbing baked potatoes out of the oven with no issues. I have significantly smaller hands and fingers and have not had any issue with the size of the gloves being cumbersome. Great gloves!!!
