Frankefrtwist-sn sink drain, 5 inch, satin nickel

Received the item fast . Well packed . No problems there . Just with the functionality of the open close mechanism .It worked perfect the first few times . Now it seems like every other time I use it (twist closed ) it does not close completely. I have to assist it manually . Not really happy about this at all . Was not the purpose of me investing all that money to still have to touch it . I had one in Europe for 15+ years and never once had this problem .Would like to contact the seller to see if this is a normal issue or van it be fixed. Then I will adjust the rating .

Had to completely replace the stopper assembly of my Franke sink as I mistakenly threw out the original stopper ( original assembly had stopper and strainer as separate parts). This is heavy quality replacement and the fact the stopper and strainer are now integrated will prevent future accidental toss outs. It’s a little different to install; the basket assembly unscrews from the top of the sink not the underside but once that was figured out the install went quickly.
