Worst thing I've ever bought.
This crap is a disaster. First of all, it's cheap crap when it's not broken. But then the way they shipped it was astounding. It arrived so beaten up that the frame on the picture was broken in several spots. If the package had arrived intact, this still would've been returned due to the fact that it's so cheaply made. This picture is crap. I received it at a big discount and, if it had arrived without being destroyed enroute, I would've returned it. This is junk. Even worse, it's astounding how poorly it's packaged and shipped. Why do they even bother sending it, if it's going to be so poorly packaged?? As you can see, especially by my photos, avoid this picture at all costs!

Its an Okay frame
The colors are not as vibrant in person as the photos. It also took a long time to arrive (seller required a signature upon delivery). Overall not really worth the wait (unfortunately).

Not an Exact Replica, But a Great Addition to My Home
I read the other reviews before I bought this, but it was so much less expensive than the same print on Art.com and other sites that I went ahead with it. Prints of this painting, of similar size, were selling for $200 and up on other websites.Shipping: Mine was shipped quickly, and packaged well. It was in a box for shipping, with the print covered in plastic and the corners well-padded with more cardboard and foam. There was absolutely NO damage to the print when it was delivered, and the plastic and corner braces are secured to the back of the wood frame, so there was no damage in getting it ready for the wall.Colors: The colors are beautiful, and are very close to the original. If you're an art person, or have a sister who is one, you'll notice that the gold-leaf accents aren't there, but I am not personally bothered by that. The colors are true to what you see on the product photo. lots of blues and greens in the bottom portion of the print, with golds and reds in the quilt-like covering of the couple.Size: I'm a little put off by the uneven size, which is as advertised. The original is square, and while I don't want the original size of 30'x30', I'd prefer that it be true to the proportions.I bought this to help balance my overly-blue living room, along with some pillow covers with similar colors. The variety of colors helped to tie everything together very well, in addition to filling a very bare wall since I suck at decorating. More than that, I bought it because I like to fill my home with expressions of the love my husband, children, and I share. Klimt's depiction of a man leaning down to kiss his love reminds me very much of my 6' husband kissing me, not even 5'2". Gentle, tender, and loving, without subjugation or objectification of either man or woman. While I don't mind the human form as depicted in art, I like that this is not about the body or the form, but the individuals.I am a product tester, and did receive a discount on this purchase for the purpose of testing and review. Beautiful print.
I'm actually surprised by the quality of this print. If you buy a lot of art you know how much sight unseen reproductions vary in quality from each other in consistency and quality, and especially in large sizes. Just because you print something larger doesn't mean that it's resolution is going to hold up after all.I paint personally, love art, and collect both original art and reproductions. I'm living with another artist too, so our critiquing of print quality is pretty rampant.For people who don't understand the medium, print work, and especially giclee prints, which this one actually is, will never have gold foil on them since you can't print gold foil or metal paints. Just like you wouldn't expect a book to reproduce Klimt's golden period in full gold leaf either. If you want an oil reproduction of a painting you need to pay someone to make it by hand, there are places who do this sort of thing and then you'll have the richness of the paint, if not the exactness of the original's lines. If you want exactly what Klimt did but stripped of the 3d nature of brushstrokes and foil then a giclee print is your best bet unless you have 15 bazillion dollars and can afford an original in which case I would like to be your new best friend.This is a nice crisp printing and I actually like it more than I thought I would. It's ready for a frame, although the canvas has two hooks in the back and is nicely wrapped and can be hung as is. I got a painting light for mine because it's in a really dark room and it looks gorgeous. I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest review. Hope it was helpful.

Beautiful Painting! The colors, the feeling this is a magnificent piece of art. It brings life and color into my home and I love The Kiss for it! This painting is very large and in perfect condition. It comes in unframed put ready to hang. It is a canvas print. Really strong and durable.
