Simple but adequate
I picked this mirror because of the small size and because the shape is more aerodynamic than most similar mirrors. I attached it to the drop bars and it provides great rear visibility when I am on the hoods. It is easy to attach and it stays put well. Like nearly all bicycle mirrors, you adjust it for your riding position. If you move around a lot, like bar tops, in the drops, or on tt bars, then you will change your angle on the mirror so much you will not be able to see behind you. I picked the position I am most likely to be riding when in traffic and I set the mirror to fit that position. It works great.

No more fear while changing lanes or turning
Nice small convex mirror, which you can install anywhere (some limitations). My bike grips do not have the end caps, and I don't want to have mirrors looking like antennas. This mirror meets my needs except quality of convex mirror (little bit distorted like the one in haunted house). You can see your rear clearly, but little wobbly. This might be due to its oval shape. Main objective is to see whether you are safe to maneuver, and this offers the rear view.Installation is easy with rubber strap, and adjustment is breeze (easy to adjust its postion for optimal view). Before using this, please make sure to remove protection film so that the view is less wobbly.Overall, great rear view mirror with a rubber strap. Safe Riding!!!

Good little mirror with multiple mounting options
I recently just purchased a second one of these mirrors. I really like the versitility of mounting options for this product. I've had other mirrors (i.e the "Mirrycle" - also nice) that mounted on the end of my mountain bike handlebar. While these provide good visibility they are obtrusive in a bike rack and are easily damaged (I've broken two). This little mirror provides a good rearview, due to the convex surface, although smaller than the Mirrycle. I've also yet to break one of these - the mirror is plastic instead of glass (a flaw in the Mirrycle) and is pretty tough.I've got mine mounted underneath my handlebar. You can also mount them on the bike frame or front fork but I found the image a little too small to see well - but does work well to see oncoming lights behind you at night. It is easy to mount and remove if you want to play around with the location that works best for you. It also has a good range of motion in the direction of the mirror. Although you can't "lock" it in a position, it doesn't seem to move around while riding rough roads. All in all this is the best of several rearview mirrors that I've tried - recommended

Design issues interfere with function.
Mirror is a bit small but attaches easily and adjusts well. Worry about the rubber strap attachment not holding up. Hybrid bike with "longhorn" handlebars. Location of attachment problematic as I can't get it far enough out on the handle bar to not get a good view of my leg and torso on 25% of the mirror and still still see what's immediately behind me. Does a job, but not as well as I'd like. I am an older person and that may magnify these issues. /rdt

Great quality mirror at reasonable price
Great quality mirror. I get about three years/15,000 miles before I have scuffed mirror up or it starts to oxidize from my sweat that I need to replace it. I put it on my drop bar and it folds over easily with damage or moving the mount when I put my bike in the back of my car.

Best Bike Mirror!
I bought this to replace one purchased over 10 years ago. The mirror isn't a real mirror, the image a bit distorted BUT it works fine for seeing what is behind you. This does not vibrate, as other mirrors I have tried did (the vibration makes the mirror useless). This mirror has NO vibration as you ride, so it works well to accomplish a couple of goals: keeping you safe so you can see behind you AND easy to install. I have 2 for each handle. The one I used for over 10 years was replaced because the "mirror" tarnished a bit. This is a good value for the money, it will last years!

Excellent small mirror
I bought the Zefal Spy Mirror to see if it would work on my mountain bike so I could see what gear my back cassette was in. I put the mirror at the bottom of my seat post so with a quick glance down I could see the chain position. The mirror works perfectly with no vibration or movement. I then put it on my handlebar just inboard of the grip to see if it could be used to see traffic coming behind me when I had to travel the roads between trails. I set it up so I could view between my body and my arm. It provided a crisp sharp image with no vibration or slipping. The ultimate mirror is the Mirrycle mirror that is larger and secures to the end of the handlebars. I have that on my two other bikes. Since the trails have some narrow gaps between trees I couldn’t put anything outboard of the handlebar. This small Zefal Spy mirror worked well for both my needs so I bought a second one a week later.
