Games Workshop Start Collecting! Skitarii Warhammer 40,000

This i got after i got other sets for my army of ad mech warriors. If you are a newbie to warhammer and you want to be an ad mech player, Get this set first!!! It will be easier for you in the long run and its a general standard warhammer deal found with every faction! Good starter units, very good detail! The dunecrawler legs were a little hard to assemble but it turned out good in the end! This set is the first investment that i would make sure everyone did before getting any other warhammer sets. Have no regrets getting this. If your nerdy, you will love this like i have.

Incorrect units?! I just received this item and immediately began putting together the Onager Dunecrawler. I didn't go through the box until this morning and noticed there are NO Skitarii Rangers/Vanguard. The sprues and pieces for them are just completely missing. Instead I have TWO sets for the Onager Dunecrawler. At least I hope it's two FULL sets and not just a rough grouping of random pieces. At the VERY least, the Tech Priest Dominus appears to be in good shape. But just... how does that happen?On one hand, I'm sad that I don't have the 10 Skitarii Ranger/Vanguard models because I need more troops (I had bought a set of Rangers previously but that still only makes up 1-2 units). On the other hand though, if this does turn out to be two FULL Dunecrawlers, I can't be that mad, you know? Just... a little surprised I guess.

Well thought the deal was too good to be true and it was. From false advertisement of the skitarri starter set being really a mechanicus set. Only good thing was a discounted box from being damaged. Booklet wasn’t damaged , and all the sprues were there.

Wrong description for item received. I received an Adeptus Mechanicus start collecting box set instead of the Skitarii start collecting box set. Great models, but very dissapointed with this common issue that sellers including Amazon seem to not address.

It got here two days early and was very fun to build and paint. For any new players out there who want to play skitarii this is a must have!

Product is NOT as advertised! This is the "Start Collecting: Adeptus Mechanics," NOT Skitarii! What a colossal deception this is. The only reason I purchased this is that I had been considering getting into WH40K but I couldn't find the Skitarii box anywhere, obviously because it was discontinued. Saw this pop up and thought maybe, just maybe things had gone in my favor. Well the only thing that happened was the seller swindling me out of my money, by tricking me into overpaying for a product I didn't even want. Very poor form.

Beautiful, dinamic models. This is perfect for starting a Skitarii / Mechanics WH40k army. Buying this is enough of a discount that the Skitarii rangers in the box are effectively free. Great value!

This box set is a must-have for any fledgling Mechanicus collectors, and even a good choice to just get more models. The sticker price for all the models combined is something like $135 or $140, so the savings are fantastic. The units are very versatile, and the models themselves are excellent! I highly recommend grabbing one or more of these if you are interested in playing (or just collecting) some Adeptus Mechanicus!

What a disappointment. Saw the picture for the older set. Thought wonderful really need that dune crawler. Open my package and its a completely different set. Not happy

Received a used Adeptus Mechanicus Start Collecting Box (Skorpius Dunerider) instead of Skitarii Start Collecting (Dunestrider w/ Dominus).
