Great socks
I love these socks. The compression is better than another brand that I purchased. I bought the black and pink socks. I'm not a fan of pink, so the only thing that I would change is making the socks black and purple (my favorite colors).I wear compression socks because I have a bone spur atop my left foot. Within a couple days, the pain in my foot has gone away and the swelling has gone down significantly.

helps reduce or eliminate swelling, nice energy return
I get swollen ankles from venous insufficiency . I use compression socks or sleeves nearly every day. I wear any of them: full socks, toeless socks, ankle sleeves, crew socks. But I had yet to try low cut socks. Seemed kind of suspect given that the swelling is usually at the ankles. But I circled back to these because I am curious, and I like sharing my thoughts in reviews. In short: they work, and work really well. The material goes up the ankle a bit, so in that sense they are longer than I prefer for a low cut sock, BUT I feel like I am more "free" compared to wearing a full sock. They really do look like how they are shown in pictures. They are thoughtful in design. Easy on, easy off. Soe extra interior threads where color changes. Not significant. No toe nail snagging.I have size 10/10.5 womens feet. Usually I buy size 11 as I also have wide feet and the little added length accommodate my feet well. So I chose sizing based on that. SO, size 11 in womens is size 9 in mens. Yet they list the size nine in mens as size S/M, but also is indicated in the range for L/XL. Yet for women size they give up to 8.5 (which is 10.5 in mens) for S/M and starts at 8 (size 10 mens) for L/XL. On my feet these fit with room to spare. If need extra compression and you are on the cusp of either size, then go smaller. I just ordered a couple more pairs, and went with the size I originally went with since I noticed that my ankle swelling was down well enough to not want to go smaller. But I likely could. Maybe I will order a smaller size just to see how they fit.As with ANY compression garment, do no wash in hot water or dry in dryer if you want to maintain the compression level. Heat destroys elasticity, therefore decreasing the effectiveness.

Firm and flexible
The socks were supportive without choking off the blood flow. The socks’ knitting puts added attention at bottom of the foot providing plantar fascia support. Bought the chartreuse colour and happy with the purchase.

Narrow in the toe
Great socks, but very narrow in the toe. The seam that runs across the top of the toe hits at an uncomfortable place.

Energizing at a reasonable price
I love it in comparison with other high tech apparels: the fabric feels high quality, pleasant and energizing. I had a fall that hurts my right ankle so I started with TechWare Pro ankle brace compression socks. They worked their wonder. They are right/left foot specific and fairly tight but not too hard to put on. However they are 3x more in $. I gave it a good review and bought second pair. As my ankle is getting fully recovered I was looking for something less expensive with good enough support. Here came Physix. I did try the long one first and I liked the fabric and everything except it is not as easy as the ankle/low cut socks to put on. I also bought SB Sox for my wife but I prefer Physix fabric. Finally, Physix low cut came to my attention. I had them on for a few weeks everyday mostly during workout. It is perfect. I used to have numb big toe and now it is gone ( I am pre-diebetic). No doubt Techware socks did initial heavy lifting. Physix continued the support and easier to put on. Their fabric immediately energize my feet even though it is not as tight. To be fair, New Balance 880 running shoes fit at their store is the primary help. I used to go with cheapest footwear so obviously feel very guilty with current combination. But it works and save on doctor's visit and medicine or physical therapy. My feet have been ugly fat as long as I can remember but with these high tech socks they look slim and better than I was young. Obviously diet and exercise is part of it.

Good compression socks, comfortable and no issues with digging into ankles
I had purchased the high version of these socks, and liked them enough to get the lower ones. These socks have a higher level of compression then most low compression socks (20 -30 mm/hg). They are not too tight and i have no problem wearing them for 8 hours or so. Also, although the Amazon online description says to hand wash, the box says that machine washing is OK. These socks can't be beat for the price.
