This product is amazing in what it does, it helps me in a variety of ways with stressful environments. I had a fever before I lowered it down, sugar I cannot say but it works naturally with the body for healing. This 3-blended holy basil tulsi works better than others. I highly recommend this product, it helps moods and strength is good. I took this for years and took a break and started buying it here.

I used to drink their tea for occasional stress relief, but these capsules work so much better! It makes dealing with stress so much easier as well as improves my focus but they do not make you drowsy. Just make sure you drink enough water and eat something before taking them.
