I'm very happy with this liquid chalk. My gym has recently banned powder chalk because of the mess people were making and this is a good loophole around that. A little goes a long way with this and dries quickly. My hands stayed dry throughout all my sets and my hands did not get slippery at all no matter how much weight I stacked for deadlifts. You will notice it rubbing off on your clothes a bit especially on dark colors, but hey it is still chalk after all. Overall this keeps my hands dry and prevents the need for wrist wraps so that you gain the grip strength while lifting. And the fact that it comes with two bottles is great, I split the cost with my friend and we both get one. Definitely worth the money.

So glad that I found this product! My gym is similar to a lot of fitness clubs in that it does not provide chalk. And I don't like using gloves because I feel it impacts my grip strength and form. Just recently, someone at my gym recommended this product and I am so happy that they did! It goes on as a liquid but quickly dries to a chalk. I've used it multiple times over the last several weeks and have found that it lasts a long time after applying and has definitely helped with my grip. A bit of chalk will come off on the bar and when changing weights but it is easily wiped away with a towel and no one at the gym has complained about it leaving a mess. What a great find!

This is my first experience with chalk. But here are somethings i expected when i purchased this item.I wanted something clean - this chalk barely leaves any residue and applies cleanlyI wanted something effective - this chalk was great for grip and helps a ton with slippageI wanted something that wouldnt rub off - not so much. This chalk comes off pretty easily, albiet i am a pretty intense powerlifter and sweat a bit. Still, i wanted something that i would only have to apply once, but in a regular deadlift workout i would need to apply this atleast twice.Good product still, will buy again. But i wish they didnt market this as a one time application and done type chalk.

Great chalk. It doesn’t have that strong alcohol smell. I use it for deadlifts and it keeps my hands dry and gives me a much better grip. I sweat a lot so I have to reapply once or twice during a session. Definitely get this chalk if your gym doesn’t allow powder. Washing it off is easy too, soap and water does the trick. Best part is that it doesn’t dry your hands out like most of the cheaper brands. I only wish it had a ring to clip it onto my gym bag.

Best chalk on the market - liquid or solid. No mess and no clean up required. My "gym" banned chalk but this is an easy solution. Bought 4 and they lasted me, a daily gym goer, over 6 months. Not much is needed to dot he job and seems to stick better than chalk dust. HIGHLY recommend.

I had bought this product before and it was great, just chalk and some aloe liquid, did the job, no smell, and no nasty chemicals seeping into my skin. When I finally ran out I went to my old orders told amazon to order it again, but what I got is not the same. This new product has a strong chemical smell that doesn't go away even when you rinse your hands, it smells like cancer waiting to happen. I don't see the option to buy the original formula, so I am going to have to find a new brand, or figure out how to make my own.

I like this chalk, it works really fast and lasts quite long too. However, im rating it at 3stars because I feel this, and other chalks on amazon are over priced for the amount you get. otherwise, good product

Worked great. I needed to apply it twice for deadlifts 6x3. Then it stayed on my hands for the duration of my back workout. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a no chalk gym or anyone who doesn't like the mess of traditional chalk. It is not 100% mess free and you will get a small amount of chalk on your clothing once it dries. Comes off easily with water. LEMME GET FREE STUFF FOR MY REVIEW WOOOO!!!

works pretty good and doesn't make a mess at the gym... I kinda think it smells like red bull though (weird yes I know) in case you're averse to that smell. I thought the bottle was really small at first but it has lasted a lot longer than I anticipated. nice and portable anyway

Now that I have used it, I wouldn’t give this product out for free, let alone charge for it. Absolute garbage compared to anything else on the market. The first bottle dried up before I was half way through and couldn’t even get the chalk out after that. Maybe got 6 good uses out of it. Threw out the second bottle since it feels like a rock inside. Do not buy.This product arrived in a plastic bag, pretty normal, but the bag had a bunch of water or something in it. Not a leak from the product, and didn't come in through the bag. Was just wet. Over priced for the quality and quantity.

I've been on Amazon for 3 years now and this is my first review. Love how it smells like bubble gum :)

this product is as messy as real chalk, Liquid Grip is a much better product.
