I first tried this at a myofascial class at a wellness resort, and WOW—total game changer. The half-ball side provides great stability while allowing for a deep, grounding foot release. Got rid of foot pain! Works well but wow is it painful for the first week or so. The only thing I don’t like is opening up the ball. The video makes it look super easy which maybe it is after a while but initially it takes a good amount of foot pressure to split open ball.

I have used different brands of foot rollers, but this one has the best quality so far. It's firm and keeps its shape when I put a lot of weight down on the ball. I like that it also comes with a much smaller ball that can be used for more concentrated areas and I also use it on hands. The smaller ball is also great quality. I may have to order another set since it's very popular within my family!

This thing is AMAZING! I have a bit of hyper mobility and so I am in chronic pain for the most part, especially after I have intense workouts, and this ball duo has been such a blessing. I watched a YouTube video on how you can step on the half domes first to open up the feet and then use the small black ball to roll out more specific areas of the feet and it has been a game changer for me. Am I completely pain free? No, but this has significantly helped with tension in my calves, IT band, etc. I still need to use the Rumble Roller daily, etc, but I cannot, cannot, cannot go without this ball roller. I would highly recommend buying this for anyone in chronic pain or someone who has intense workouts and needs to break up the fascia.

Y'all might think this is expensive but y'all need to look at what it can do! This sucker splits in half, so you can you use it on both feet at the same dang time! Arches, heels, toes. Boom! 💥I have the green spiky ball and it's amazing. I keep it at work, where I need it most. I needed something at home and found this gem. You won't regret the purchase.

I am so glad I tried this crazy little ball though.This little ball is smaller than I thought it would be and also pretty darned expensive for the size, but Oh My Gosh is it ever worth the cost!!!I don't pretend to know how it works, but I stood on this for about 15 seconds at a time and just kept moving my feet around on the two halves and somehow it eased the ache I have had in my upper back/neck area and the subsequent headache that I have had for weeks now. The pain is not completely gone yet, but it is so much better and manageable now! Don't kid yourself, it hurt to stand on these and some spots more so than others, but it was absolutely worth it. I've heard if you take care of your feet, your whole body will react, but I didn't really believe it would be like this. I can turn my head again. How is this possible?I put them on the tile floor in my kitchen and held on to the counter and the island for balance. I would not be able to just stand on them without something to hold on to with both hands as I have a balance disorder, but because they are small, the experience wasn't bad at all.Don't let the cost deter your from getting this little ball. You can always send it back if you want to, but try it. I can't believe how well it has worked for me already and I have had it less than 24 hours.
