Deuter Traveller 70+10

This pack is very good for traveling. Everything is well designed and very sturdy. The pack has lots of cool features, such as the zip off day pack, and the should strap. The frame on this back pack is straight off of a hiking pack. Lots of support and padding on your back to keep everything comfortable. Ultimately I choose a different travel pack because of my height. I'm 6'8" and about 200 lbs. Even with the adjustable torso length, it just wasn't long enough. All of the weight went into my shoulders instead of my hips. Other than that, this backpack is perfect for anyone under 6'4".

The zipoff smaller backpack was really convenient, little bit of a hassle zipping it back on but other than that it worked great. Traveled Thailand and Indonesia for 6 weeks and every time I picked up something new I managed to find space, even fit 2 full suits in it on the way back with everything else. The waist strap also helped relieve a lot of weight from my shoulders

It is almost perfect. Awesome. So beautiful. It is exactly as the photos show. You can view the photos attached which were took the day that I received it.

Perfect for hiking but it was a little to big for international traveling.

Great bag and harness. The bag is on the heavier side though.

A very handy pack for a few years. While I didn’t use it a lot we did use this pack for many trips over the course of several years. What I was not aware of is the coating that is used on the interior of the bag. This coating will deteriorate and become tacky. It will also begin to come off and stick to your clothes. This may be inevitable with all bags but I would expect for this kind of investment that I’d get many more years than I have. Here is the note I received back from dueter’s customer service. A bit disappointed as you might expect. The coating mentioned would likely be the same for all of their packs.Unfortunately, this does happen over time. The PU coating on our packs do have a life span and will start to deteriorate. This is not covered under warranty and we are sorry to say there is nothing we can do. You can feel free to find a second solution that involves some creativity and personal modifications if you feel too attached to the pack to purchase another one. I might suggest buying some fabric and finding a way to cover the inside. I hope this helps!

Très satisfait de mon achat. Sac à dos de voyage / trekking très confortable (pour mon gabarit, 1m85 85kg) testé jusqu’à 20kg pour un voyage au Mexique. Si vous savez organiser un backpack (répartition des poids) il ne vous gênera pas sur le dos. Le système de réglages de hauteur des sangles est top. Sac à dos costaud (il est passé plusieurs fois en soute d’avion et les sangles rangées ne posent aucun souci) et esthétique. Je recommande. (Attention, le sac est déjà très lourd à vide)

Excellent sac pour voyager longtemps. Plein de rangement et très facile d’accès avec son ouverture intégrale. C’est vraiment une version hybride entre le pur sac à dos de rando, le sac de sport et la valise.Une paire de roulettes auraient pu être intégrées en partie basses dans cet esprit « valise ».En revanche il est très très difficile de fixer le petit sac à dos une fois ce dernier rempli également. Ce qui fait perdre l’intérêt de ce très beau système d’intégration dorsale par zip puisque l’on se retrouve contraint de le porter à la main...

Die Qualität ist wie von Deuter gewohnt einwandfrei. Besonders Toll finde ich, dass man den Rucksack wie einen Koffer öffnen kann. Nerviges Stofpen wie bei anderen Rucksäcken entfällt hier. Der Rucksack kann gut an den Rücken angepasst werden und sitzt sehr gut. Das Daypack ist aber relativ klein, aber ausreichend. Ich habe es aber immer vorne getragen und den Rucksack am Rücken (Es gibt praktische Haken um den kleinen Rucksack auch vorne einzuhängen)

I bought this for a year of backpacking through India, and then South America. It withstood everything well and is tough as it gets. Well worth it!
