Very poor quality. Parts were missing too. No instructions manual. If it wasn't this big and if I wasn't a single lady, I would have returned it in a heartbeat. Very disappointed. My dad used old part from previous bed to make this one usable. I will never order furniture on Amazon again. The pictures of the product were deceiving. Not pleased with this purchase.

Update: Seller helped fix our issues by giving us a refund of half the cost of the bed. They did not have the replacement piece so did this instead.Multiple spots on the frame that look like they tried fixing them but failed. Also the trundle part doesn’t even look painted, it looks like primer.

Overall a good product, my daughter really likes it! Was very easy to assemble, only took about 15 minutes. The bed did have some damage which occurred during shipping. The vendor was very easy to work with in order to reach a resolution we were both comfortable with. Customer service gets a solid 5 stars!!!

The headboard, legs, and footboard are poorly sanded and painted without a finish. All the painted pieces needed to be wiped down so that they're moderately safe to the touch. I had to spend hours sanding down every single surface and edge of the platforms because they came poorly cut and not sanded. Nothing about this product is safe for children unless you sand it down yourself.

Its functional but really low quality materials. Poor sanding, lots of defects in the wood, poor paint coverage, some predilled holes were missing or off. It is what it is.

One board arrived broken, and the under boards slowly started pulling apart from the peices that hold them together. Not a durable product, not worth the price, very disappointed

I really wasn't impressed with the quality of the wood or the wheels for the trundle. My children have already Broke the trundle. If I had known it was such cheap quality I wouldn't have wasted My money.
