The dishes arrived fast, beautifully packed and in perfect shape, no chips, no scratches. The shape is very attractive, the bowls larger than I am used to and shallower, but I will adapt. Overall very pleased and I would recommend.

My husband and I household expanded unexpectedly. We need enough plates for amount of mouths to feed. The plates are amazing! Beautiful and sleek for all occasions. Unfortunately, the one of the dinner plates was broken upon arrival. When. I contacted the MALACASA customer service team, they were so understanding. Because the plates come as set, initially I would have had to purchase a set of 6 dinner plates receiving 50% or get a refund equaling the one plate or return the set for a full replacement. But I needed all twelve of my plates and there was no gaunter that the new shipment would arrive without damage. The customer service team was so understanding they sent me six dinner sets at no charge. I want to say thank you to the customer service team and helping resolve the matter quickly. I will definitely purchase from MALACASA just on their service alone. Plus the quality of the plates is amazing.
