I incorporate some type of sandbag training into my workouts on a daily basis. I have several different styles that I use for various exercises. The size and shape of a bag can really change the effectiveness of a bag, depending on what you are using it for. I really like this bag and its unique style. Currently, I have it loaded up with three 50 lb. bags of steel shot and it is holding up just fine. Although I know that I can do a lot more with it, I have been using it mostly for throwing and carrying. I can't say enough about sandbag training and how great it is for building strength...buy it!

This is a bomb proof product; buy this over the big box store version. It's a few bucks cheaper and your support small veteran based business.The bag is strong and I am not able to find any imperfections. I filled mine with play sand and it worked as described. I fit 100lbs of sand with a little extra room. If your thinking of adding extra sand to make it a little heavier you can. However, I do not recomend this. The design is intended to have a little extra space so your sand can move. This creates a unique, unbalanced weight every time you pick it up. This is what you want as it is a better representation of the real world (nothing is perfectly balanced).When I picked this out I wasn't in love with the handles. I didnt want them because I wanted to work my hands under during my lifts. Now the bag is full I'm glad they are there. I will not use them during workout outs but they are nice to carry your bag to a new location, I workout in the basment in the winter and garage in the summer. Lastly my wife can use the handle to drag the stone if it's in her way. Sounds like fire team fit knew what I needed better than I.This is also a perfect alternative to hard atlas stones. I had concerns about dropping 100-200 lbs of hard stone in my home gym. The sand bag solves the concern and will not damage your floor regardless how heavy your bag "stone" is.My 1 wish... fire team fit... please make 2 more bags at 150, and 200lbs.

This bag is great. I was looking for a Sand bag of my own after using other sand bags during workouts at the gym. I actually prefer this bag’s shape and size to other sand bags which are usually longer and thinner with a lot more handles.I have filled mine to make it 83.5 pounds. I have done many cleans, throws, and lifts with the bag. No sand has leaked out and I have not noticed any wear yet. This includes lifts using just one handle at at a time. I am happy with the construction and have recommended it to others who like to workout with sand bags.

The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with this sandbag. It is great quality and weighed in at 98 lbs when filled to capacity. The handles make it more versatile and unlike other atlas stone style sandbags that are out there. I’ve been in the CrossFit industry for 7 years, and I will absolutely be recommending this product to gym owners and anyone with a home gym.

This Sandbag is the most versatile bag I have used. I can use it like a soft atlas stone work, kettlebell swings, farmers carries, presses, cleans, deadlifts you name it. The bag is easy to fill and keep sealed. I have put this bag through numerous training sessions dragging it across the ground, throwing it, tossing it and it has shown to hold up. I would recommend this Sandbag for travel, to have at your gym or home for any type of workout. Great product!!!

Could not hold a 100lbs of sand. Would not close w 95lbs in it. I removed some sand and still had issues. My zipper eventually completely broke.

Seems well made, but will only hold 90 lbs of sand. Maybe after some use it will loosen up and I’ll get the rest in. But frustrating for now.
