Amazingly non-stick, cooks quickly
I've had other non-stick pans, but this one is so much better than those, they don't even belong in the same category. I still use a little olive oil when I cook -- habit -- but I think that's not really necessary. Even when the food starts to burn, it doesn't stick.RE: food starts to burn -- this pan cooks so much faster, and at lower heat, that it took some adjustments to my cooking. This pan cooks well with about 2/3rds the amount of heat as my other pans, in about 2/3rds the time. Now that I've figured all that out, I hardly ever burn the meat. <grin>Cleanup is a breeze. I wipe the pan with a damp paper towel as soon as I put the food on the plate, just to get rid of the leftover oil, sauce, whatever. (Probably not necessary, but I'd rather throw that stuff in the trash than run it down the drain.) When the pan is cool, I set it in the sink, add a few drops of dish liquid, fill it with water, and let it set for a while. I go back later and use a dishcloth or paper towel to rub the surface of the pan with the soapy water, rinse, and it's done. There's been no scrubbing necessary. (Maybe if I burned something to a crisp, but I haven't done that.)I bought the 8-inch skillet for single-person meals (4 oz meat) and the 12-inch skillet for family-sized meals (1 lb. meat). I like them so much that I've just ordered the 11-inch flat griddle; I expect it'll make reheating leftover pizza much easier. These pans are absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend them.

Perfection!!!
Made my spinach egg white omelette in this pan this morning and it came out perfectly! Didn't stick not one but! I did add a little oil prior to but my gut tells me I could have gone without it. I'll do tomorrow's oil-free and see what happens. In any event I love this pan. It's got nice weight to it. The handle is comfortable and doesn't get hot. The pan is completely flat in the center so no spinning pan while sitting on the electric eye of the stove. Everything cooked perfectly even. It cleaned up super easy I mean NOTHING was stuck. It's worth every penny which by the way was extremely reasonable in my opinion. If you want true nonstick this is the omelette pan for you!

Works great but there seems to be a lot of confusion
I have 3 of these - 1,2,+3 QT. Except for the size , they look and operate exactly the same. But , people are stating it says dishwasher safe. But , it says NOT dishwasher safe under Product Description on this web page. Err on the side of caution and follow the sensible steps/ uses for taking care of a Pot.DON'T wash it in the dishwasher. DON'T wash it in the dishwasher . AND don't wash it in the dishwasher. Anyone that has experience cooking know , even when a dish says dishwasher safe , it's not. Also, never use this on high heat. These Pots are not meant to be used on high heat ; save that for cast iron.In addition , make SURE when cooking that your stove burner is the same size as the bottom of your Pot. Using a larger burner with a small Pot WILL heat up the outside ; including the handle. Use sleeves and or use a POT HOLDER. POT HOLDER. Did I mention POT HOLDER?!?See how that works???Edit - The above picture - Product Guide and Documents in the PDF on this Page. "DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER"

Be careful of non-stick
This pan is very handy for everything from omelets to fish to vegetable stir-fry. Light weight and very easy to clean, but don’t have heat above medium to avoid damaging stir-fry coating.

Trusted frypan
This was a re-purchase of the frypan I had for almost 15 years. At the family gathering over Fourth of July one of the kitchen princesses cooked herself some scrambled eggs with cheese. Unfortunately, she forgot to unwrap the individually wrapped cheese slice. Evidently, Teflon coating and melted cheese wrap make a very tight bond. There was no cleaning the old one so I bought a new one.
