CadburyCurly Wurly Bar from England (Pack 5 Bars)

There were delicious. I haven't had them since I was in Great Britian around 19 years ago and I've never forgotten about them. Chewy caramel covered in chocolate - what could be better than that? The only issue was that they arrived smushed - while I understand the hot weather likely contributed to that (and the fact that they came from Great Britian all the way to Hawaii) I think if they'd been packaged better it could've been somewhat avoided - however - they still tasted amazing!

These are very good. I'm a big fan of these. But if I had to compare them to another similar candy it definitely would be a box of milk duds. The caramel is the same just more spread out then just a ball of goodness. Grew up on milk duds and still love them today. But yes definitely happy with this candy.

So yummy could literally eat them all in one sitting. Definitely a buy again

Bought because, like many, I miss the Marathon bar of my childhood. Good news, this does taste like it. Maybe even better because American chocolate is certainly worse than British. They are small but that's because Europe doesn't make servings that would feed a T-rex. Bad news, the caramel is not to be underestimated. Unfortunately the fear of dislodging a crown was greater than any pleasure I might have gotten from reliving my past. For this reason I won't be ordering again. It was a nice visit though.

I liked Marathon bars as a kid in the 1970s and these are the closest that I have found.

I loved Marathon bars when I was in my youth. Not made anymore. These are very similar and the chocolate is pretty good quality. I thought they were yummy and will order again from time to time.

These used to be my favorite and my last order was direct from the UK from a different seller. I don't know if the recipe changed, if they were subject to temperature abuse during transport, or the standard of quality changed. Some were flattened/squished, others were broken - possibly had frozen? - and the caramel was gritty. They also were smaller than my last order years ago. If I thought another order would be the quality I received previously I would order again, but not for this quality.
