Dopo un po' di tempo che lo uso, posso dire che taglia ancora come la prima volta. Non sono un professionista, però mi sembra un buon coltello da cucina per uso domestico, nonostante la sua leggerezza da farlo sembrare un giocattolo (NON LO È AFFATTO), e a questo prezzo non credo si possa trovare di meglio. Attenzione a quando lo utilizzate la prima volta, la lama è molto affilata

Das Messer ist sehr gut verarbeitet, so wie man es von Victorinox kennt. Die Schärfe und auch das Handling ansich bieten keine Punkte für eine Beschwerde.
